My Approach
Coherence Coaching is a gentle, depth-oriented approach to personal change that works with the emotional logic behind your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Instead of trying to manage symptoms or push yourself to change, it helps you uncover and fully understand the implicit beliefs and emotional learnings that make your patterns make sense. When these inner truths are brought into awareness and met with new, contradictory experiences, the brain naturally updates them—allowing change to happen at the root, often without effort, strategies, or ongoing self-control.

Meet My Coach
I work as a Coherence Coach, supporting people in creating deep, lasting change by understanding the emotional logic behind their patterns. My approach is grounded in the principles of Coherence Therapy: instead of fixing or managing symptoms, we work with what already makes sense inside you—so change can happen at the root, not through effort or self-discipline. Alongside my coaching work, I also work as a doula, which has deeply shaped the way I hold space: with presence, respect, and trust in people’s innate capacity to navigate profound inner and life transitions.
